4. Orders & Payments

• Order Acceptance: All orders placed through our Website, email, or phone are subject to acceptance by All Doors Hardware. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
• Payment Terms: Payment is due in accordance with the terms specified on your invoice or at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, ACH payments, and checks (for qualified accounts). Late payments may be subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less.
• Taxes: Prices do not include applicable sales tax, use tax, or other governmental charges. You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your purchase unless you provide a valid tax-exempt certificate prior to purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping Locations: We ship from two warehouse locations — Sheridan, Wyoming and Davie, Florida — to provide coast-to-coast coverage across the United States.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. Estimated shipping costs provided during the quote process are subject to adjustment based on final order specifications.
• Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to product availability, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
• Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for damage or loss that occurs during transit. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.
• Inspection: You agree to inspect all products upon receipt and report any damage, defects, or discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at info@alldoorshardware.com or by phone.

6. Returns & Cancellations

• Return Policy: Standard stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused, and unopened condition. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply. Custom-ordered, special-order, or cut-to-size products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Return Authorization: All returns require prior authorization. Please contact us at info@alldoorshardware.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any product back.
• Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. Orders cancelled after 24 hours or after the product has shipped may be subject to cancellation or restocking fees.
• Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost, including return shipping.

7. Warranties

All Doors Hardware does not manufacture the products we sell. Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if any. We will assist you in processing warranty claims with the applicable manufacturer. We do not provide any additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer.
